Through Life Coaching I can support you in the many ups and downs and turns of your journey: transitions, grief, career moves, taking new risks, navigating relationships, and creating the life you dreamed of.

I have fifteen years of public speaking experience. From workshops to retreats to conference sessions, it is a privilege to share with others and form new connections. What motivates me are inclusive and empowering spaces.

Spiritual Direction
How can I grow closer to God? What can I do to feel connected to the Divine? How do I activate my faith when I feel challenged, in despair, or lonely?
If you have asked yourself these questions Spiritual Direction may benefit you. It is a contemplative practice of creating space for deep listening and guidance in spiritual practice. Informed by Ignatian Spirituality, I can accompany you to find God in all things, discover your vocation, and deepen your relationship with God.
