Ana López Anderson

I am a daughter, a partner, a mother, and a friend. I am a Mexican-American Catholic mujer from Southern California who loves to read, dance, travel, and talk about spirituality. I fell in love with people's stories in college, and, throughout many experiences, discovered a calling to accompany others on their life journeys. I am a daughter of immigrants and a first-generation college student --- this influences my passion to walk with those who are beginners, son las primeras, are navigating transitions, are discovering their true self.

This work is sacred to me and brings me life. I approach it with deep reverence and joy. I hold a Master's in Divinity from the Jesuit School of Theology of Santa Clara University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theological Studies  from Loyola Marymount University. I am a certified Insight Coach Practicioner. I offer Spiritual Direction, Life Coaching, and Speaking Engagements (Retreats, Workshops or Conferences) in English and in Spanish. ​​
